UK-only delivery, always free. Clear, simple returns.

UK Delivery (Free)

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on all orders and fulfilled via trusted 3PL/courier partners.

  • Dispatch days: Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
  • Order cut-off: 11:00 (UK time) for same-day dispatch
  • Timeframe: We aim to deliver within 48 hours; typical delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive details by email/SMS once available.
  • Address changes: Contact us as soon as possible to amend an address. Changes can’t be guaranteed once an order is processed.
  • Missed delivery: Couriers usually attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.

Note: During peak periods, severe weather, or service disruptions, delivery times may be longer.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or outside the UK.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we can reship (where possible) once any return/reship costs are covered.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident with every NeoRox purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Return unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Faulty/Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a resolution— which may include a replacement or a prepaid return label—after confirming the issue.

Important Hygiene/Safety Note

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened or unsealed, unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll confirm next steps and, where applicable, provide return instructions.
  • Pack items securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
  • Send to the returns address below.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return (allow 3–5 working days after receipt).
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where we made an error or the product was faulty/damaged on arrival.

Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you exercise this right, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. Please note: sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty.
