By using our website and/or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ to purchase from NeoRox. You are responsible for ensuring your account details are correct and for keeping your login secure. If we suspect misuse or fraud, we may suspend or close an account.

2) Products & Information (Wellness Compliance)

NeoRox sells vitamins, minerals, live-culture and botanical food supplements. Information on our website is general and educational; it is not medical advice and must not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Always read the label, warnings and directions on the packaging before use. Product packaging may contain information that differs from what appears online.

3) Ordering & Contract Formation

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud). If payment was taken, we will refund you in full.

4) Prices, VAT & Availability

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We aim to keep prices and stock accurate, but they may change at any time. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.

5) Payment (Stripe & PayPal Only)

We accept Stripe and PayPal. Your card or wallet details are entered directly with the payment provider; we do not store full card details. Providers may run checks to confirm identity and prevent fraud. The order total (including delivery) is charged when you place the order or upon dispatch, depending on the provider’s flow.

6) What We Collect Before Payment (Data Minimisation)

To fulfil your order and keep the site secure, we collect basic information such as name, email, billing/shipping address, and order details. For payment, Stripe/PayPal receive your payment data directly. See our Privacy & Cookies Policy for full details.

7) Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page. We deliver to the address you provide—please check it carefully. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers and times are estimates. Risk in goods passes on delivery; title passes when we receive full payment. If a safe-place delivery is used, goods are at your risk once delivered there.

8) Inspection on Arrival

Please check your order on delivery. If items are missing, incorrect, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours (include photos where possible) with your order number so we can resolve it.

9) Cancellations & Returns (Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have 14 days to return them. We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return).

Supplements (hygiene & safety): Unopened items in their original, sealed, resalable condition can be returned. Once a product’s tamper-evident seal is broken or the item is opened, we cannot accept it for return unless faulty. Unless we made an error or the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage and for the goods until they reach us. Please use a tracked service. See Delivery & Returns for steps and address. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10) Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, contact us. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11) Promotions, Vouchers & Gift Codes

One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may have start/end dates or minimum spend. We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time but will honour valid codes already used at checkout.

12) Acceptable Use & Website Content

Use our site lawfully and do not disrupt others’ use. All content (text, images, logos) is NeoRox or our licensors’ intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or use it commercially without permission.

13) Health & Safety

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

14) Important Brand Disclaimer

The information provided by NeoRox, including product descriptions and supporting content, is intended for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. NeoRox does not offer or imply any medical guidance, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

15) Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we will not be liable for: loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; loss or corruption of data; loss of anticipated savings or goodwill; or indirect or consequential losses. In any event, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in that order.

16) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier failures, extreme weather, utility outages).

17) Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Please review those sites’ terms and privacy notices.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies to that order. Please review periodically.

19) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
